Hotel description

The Izmailovo Hotel is closely connected with the history of Moscow City. The capital of Russia was chosen for carrying out the Olympic Games in 1980. Moscow expected a large number of sportsmen, sport buffs and reporters. For foreign visitors the new modern hotel was shortly constructed in Izmailovo.

The Izmailovo Gamma-Delta was designed by Y. Rabaev, one of the most prominent architects at that time. Later on almost all events conducted in Moscow (like Goodwill Games or Sports Days of the Peoples of the USSR) did not pass this hotel by.

The hotel is situated not far from the Izmailovsky Park and metro station with the same name. Today the Izmailovo Gamma-Delta is a part of a huge hotel complex that consists of four 30-storey buildings. The hotel offers a wide range of services at quite moderate prices.
