A six-storey building of the hotel was constructed in the late XIX-th century. The Romanov Restaurant on the first floor of the hotel can host 64 guests. Its menu contains the dishes of the "a la carte" cuisine, which combines the most popular dishes of Mediterranean, European and Russian cuisine. From 7 a. m. till 10.30 a. m. the guests accommodated in the hotel are offered the buffet breakfast, included into the price for the stay at the hotel.
