Hotel description The four-star Sovietsky Hotel occupies the building of the former Yar Restaurant, which was established in 1826 and had been considered the best restaurant in Russia since that time. The Sovietsky Hotel was founded in 1951 as a governmental residence and today combines the cozy atmosphere with the retro-style of the 50-s years.
